Race Numbers

all the race numbers, except a few from the 1977 European F3 championship, are listed in the Souvenirs section.

I suspect Elio de Angelis to have run the number 60 for all the 1979 PROCAR races, but could not find any proofs yet.

the changes include:

- icons for full-screen mode
- new folder icon

the tab close button is from default Firefox 3 theme (an accidental mix of files ...).
