Everything Elio Firefox 3 theme version 1.2.7

version 1.2.7 is now available at the Mozilla Add-ons website.
the changes include:
- new tab panel background
- icons for full-screen mode
- new folder icon

the tab close button is from default Firefox 3 theme (an accidental mix of files ...).
different variants of version 1.2.7 will be available here.
